  Had 4 tyres changes on Tesla Model S. Tyres werent in stock but ordered for next day. Received text message in morning to confirm they were in stock. Fitter was aware of making sure car was in Jack mode, used correct jacking points and checked TPMS and wheel nut torque settings were correct. Very pleased with service. Thanks again!

  Would not visit again. Asked the man in office what tyres they had in my specific size, and was grumpily told "probably just budgets" - without him actually checking. Spoke to a fitter, said I specifically wanted A-rated wet grip. He went to check, and told me a price for Falken tyres which were in stock, then he confirmed said tyres were A-rated, and I agreed to purchase. When I got home, I realised that they didn't even bother to put one of the valve caps back on, and one tyre was 44psi when I checked (should have been 32). Stupidly over inflated. Surprised it didn't explode! I also Googled the tyre brand/model to find that it was actually a B-rated tyre. So they blatantly lied to me. I thought it was a bit strange, as I was watching from a distance, I've never seen a fitter rip off a tyre label and throw it away so fast! Considering the price I paid, I would not rate it value for money. Especially after being lied to, and the poor quality service.
