I asked my mother to go and pick it up and they refused to give her the item. They wanted the card I paid with my mother phoned me while I was bedbound to speak to the colleague to explain and to tell her the card number which they blank refused. My partner now has to collect it tomorrow (Xmas eve) and take my card fingers crossed as it’s his Xmas jumper.
