  Pros: • Great availability. • Good value for money (especially with the online voucher code). • Friendly staff. • Flexible times. • Efficient communication. • No upselling. Cons: • Engineer filled out the wrong section of my car's service book (1-year instead of 2-year) which, had I not been looking for it and noticed, could very well have invalidated my Hyundai warranty which requires 2-year major service intervals. I went back the next day and they corrected it with no issues and even checked my car's coolant (which they recommended when I picked up my car after the service).

  Very friendly staff and excellent service. It was my first time taking my car to a garage and I was worried Id be ripped off seen as I am young. So I decided to go with Halfords because their prices were good. Not long ago I took my car in for two new front tires and the tracking done. Excellent service, the job was done correctly and quickly. Although they did check over my car unwantingly for any faults. They did spot that my rear suspension had broken. Which would have failed my MOT. Even though they did check over it, they didn’t pressure me to get it fixed with them. After I fixed the suspension I needed to pass an MOT. Therefore I opted with Halfords yet again because they had a discount on, and my first experience was a pleasant experience. Yet again the staff were friendly and informative. The only issue was that they said it would take an hour, when it took two. Although that didn’t matter when I found out my car passed. One employee did inform me that one of my back lights were out but he replaced it free of charge. I’m happy with my experience and would go there again or recommend to a friend.
